TERMS AND CONDITIONS EASTER SALE

1. Promotion Rules 1.1 The Lombard Tyres Easter Sale promotion will run for 2 (Two) Days Only from 5 April until close of business on 6 April 2023. (“Promotion Period”) or while stock lasts. No discounts will be offered before the start or end date of the promotion. 1.2 The promotion is open to all South African citizens or permanent residents who are over 18 years.

  1. In the event that any dispute arises with regard to the Promotion and/or the Promotional Rules including the interpretation thereof, the decision of the Organisers is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

  2. The Promotion is conducted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Should any of these Promotional Rules be deemed void or unenforceable, then that rule will be deemed to be deleted and the remaining rules will remain in force.

  3. The Organisers reserve the right to amend these Promotional Rules in their sole discretion should they consider this appropriate, before the Promotion closes, and any such amendment(s) shall be posted on the Lombard Tyres website www.lombardtyres.com

  4. The customer acknowledges and hereby consents to the Organisers collecting certain personal information about the customer for the purposes of this Promotion, including the customer’s identity/passport number and contact details such as telephone number(s) and email address(es). The Organisers undertake not to sell or share this information to or with third parties but may disclose the information if required by law.

  5. The Organisers and/or and the Lombard Tyres Branches may require the customer to be identified and photographed and may publish such photographs in print and/or social media. The customer will be given the opportunity to decline the publication of their images and to participate in such promotional marketing material.

  6. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time. The Organisers shall have no liability whatsoever to the customer and/or third party arising from or as a consequence of such cancellation, suspension or termination.

8. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

8.1 neither the Organisers, Lombard Tyres Pty Ltd nor the Lombard Tyres Branches shall be liable for any: claims, damages or losses (whether direct, indirect, general, special, incidental, consequential or punitive), expenses or costs (including, without limitation, costs on an attorney and own client scale) or injuries of whatsoever nature (together referred to as “Losses”), suffered by the Customer or any third party arising from or as a result of this Promotion (whether directly or indirectly) and/or the customer’s participation in this Promotion ; and

8.2 the customer indemnifies and holds harmless the Organisers, Lombard Tyres Pty Ltd and the Lombard Tyres stores against any Losses, howsoever caused or arising.

10. Eligibility requirements 10.1 To be eligible to receive the “50% off on the second tyre” offered, a customer must purchase selected 2 x Tyres of the same size and pattern must be bought from the selected size list to qualify for the HALF Price on the 2nd tyre of the same size and pattern. (“Promotional Tyre”), which must be purchased by way of a single transaction at a Lombard Tyres store or online during the Promotion Period. In the case of a front/rear combo fitment, the size can differ (matching size front/matching size rear) but the design must be the same.

10.2 The purchased Promotional Tyre must be fitted in store on the date of the purchase or on the selected fitment date for online purchases.

10.3 The Promotional Tyre offered will be the same tyre (size and design) as the 2 (Two)  tyres purchased. In the case of front/rear combo fitment, the Promotional Tyre offered must be the same tyre (size and design) as the front tyre (size and design).

10.4 Fitting, balancing, alignment, valves, and related services are excluded from the purchase but must be bought as a compulsory fitment package deal 2 x Tyres purchased:  compulsory Fixed cost of R 450 for Wheel Alignment, Balancing, Fitment, Nitrogen and Tubeless Valves as part of the Special

4 x Tyres purchased: compulsory Fixed cost of R550 for Wheel Alignment, Balancing, Fitment, Nitrogen and Tubeless Valves as part of the Special

0.5 The Promotion and/or Promotional Tyre is not transferrable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash at Lombard Tyres stores or online, either in whole or in part.

10.6 The Promotion will only be applicable to tyres purchased and fitted at the same Lombard Tyres store, and customers are not capable of returning a tyre purchased as part of the Promotion at any other Lombard Tyres store, and the Promotion will not be offered to a customer for any wholesaling or interbranch transfers.

11. General

11.1 In the event of any dispute arising about the Promotion and/or the Terms and Conditions including the interpretation thereof, the decision of the Organisers is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered.

11.3 The Organisers, Lombard Tyres Pty Ltd and Lombard Tyres stores reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in their sole discretion should they consider this appropriate, before the Promotion closes, and any such amendment (s) shall be posted on the Lombard Tyres website www.lombardtyres.com

11.4 The customer acknowledges and hereby consents to the Organisers, Lombard Tyres Pty Ltd and the Lombard Tyres stores collecting certain personal information about the customer for the purposes of this Promotion, including the customer’s identity/passport number and contact details such as telephone number(s) and email address(es). The Organisers, Lombard Tyres Pty Ltd and the Lombard Tyres stores undertake not to sell, use or share this information to or with third parties, or for any other purpose other than related to this Promotion, unless we have received your prior written consent, but may disclose the information if required by law.

11.5 The Organisers, Lombard Tyres Pty Ltd and/or the Lombard Tyres stores may require the customer to be identified and photographed and may publish such photographs in print and/or social media, or to appear on radio and television, when accepting the Promotional Tyre. The customer will be given the opportunity to decline the publication of their images and to participate in such promotional marketing material prior to Lombard Tyres using any material for the purpose as above mentioned.

11.6 The Organisers, Lombard Tyres Pty Ltd and Lombard Tyres stores reserve the right to cancel, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time. The Organisers shall have no liability whatsoever to the customer and/or third party arising from or because of such cancellation, suspension or termination.

11.7 To the fullest extent permitted by law:

11.7.1 neither the Organisers, Lombard Tyres Pty Ltd nor the Lombard Tyres stores shall be liable for any: claims, damages or losses (whether direct, indirect, general, special, incidental, consequential or punitive), expenses or costs (including, without limitation, costs on an attorney and own client scale) or injuries of whatsoever nature (together referred to as “Losses”), suffered by the customer or any third party arising from or as a result of this Promotion (whether directly or indirectly) and/or the customer’s participation in this Promotion; and

11.7.2 the customer indemnifies and holds harmless the Organisers, Lombard Tyres Pty Ltd and the Lombard Tyres stores against any Losses, howsoever caused or arising.

11.8 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer accepts and uses the Promotional Tyre at the customer’s own risk and expressly agrees that the neither the Organisers, Lombard Tyres Pty Ltd nor the Lombard Tyres stores will be liable in any way for any costs incurred by the customer in claiming their Promotional Tyre.

12. EASTER SALE SPESIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

12.1 Easter Sale are only valid on the 5 & 6 April 2023.

12.2 Purchase must be done on these days (5 & 6 April 2023).

12.3 Special only on while stock lasts.

12.4 PURCHASE OPTIONS AVAILABLE: Buy in-store | Buy online.

12.5 Fitment Package is compulsory as part of this Special – at a fixed cost of 

2 x Tyres purchased:  compulsory Fixed cost of R 450 for Wheel Alignment, Balancing, Fitment, Nitrogen and Tubeless Valves as part of the Special

4 x Tyres purchased: compulsory Fixed cost of R550 for Wheel Alignment, Balancing, Fitment, Nitrogen and Tubeless Valves as part of the Special

12.6 Compulsory fitment package for Easter Sale includes Balancing, Fitment, Valves 

12.7 BUY ONLINE to fit later must be paid for in full on the 5th and 6th April 2023. 

12.8 Once purchased both the tyres and voucher can’t be exchanged for cash.

12.9 This special is only valid on selected sizes and tyre brands.

12.10 Two (2) Tyres of the same size/pattern must be bought from the selected size list to qualify for the HALF PRICE on the 2nd tyre of the same size/pattern.

12.11 This special is valid at all 18 (Eighteen) Lombard Tyres stores and on our Online Shop.

12.12 Pictures used in advertisements are for illustration purposes only.

12.13 No discount vouchers (School / Pensioners Discount Cards/ etc.) can be redeemed on top of this special.

12.14 This special is only applicable to sizes on the Easter Sale pricelist/poster.

12.15 Shop Pricing includes VAT.

12.16 Price include used tyres.

12.17 No Dealers, wholesalers or on account purchases will be allowed.

12.18 Customers can apply for credit via a Lombard Tyres Account (powered by Fevertree), Layby or online through Mobicred. Account must be fully approved before purchase can be done.

12.19 No Fleet Cards Accepted.

12.20 All Credit and Debit cards accepted.

12.21 A maximum of three (3) sets of tyres (12 Tyres) can be purchased per customer.

12.22 All pricing listed is excluding VAT.  All shop (ecommerce shop pages) pricing is including VAT.

13. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

13.1 Compulsory:
Option 1 – INSTORE FITMENT: Please allow 5-7 working days for stock to be transferred to branch.

Compulsory fitment package:

2 x Tyres purchased:  compulsory Fixed cost of R 450 for Wheel Alignment, Balancing, Fitment, Nitrogen and Tubeless Valves as part of the Special

4 x Tyres purchased: compulsory Fixed cost of R550 for Wheel Alignment, Balancing, Fitment, Nitrogen and Tubeless Valves as part of the Special

Option 2 – NATIONWIDE DELIVERY:

Compulsory Fixed cost of R 650 (excluding VAT) for handling and delivery fee
Delivery will be done Nationwide within 10-15 days after purchase.

13.2 Tyres purchased for collection at a Lombard Tyres Branch won’t be reserved at any branch after 2023. Deadline to collect the tyres will be 31 June 2023.

13.3 Buy Directly Online option is valid in RSA only
