1. Promotion Rules

1.1 The Lombard Tyres Cash Back INREWARDS CARD promotion will run from 25 August 2022 until close of business on 31 August 2022. (“Promotion Period”) or while stock of cash cards lasts. No INREWARDS CARDS will be offered before the start date of the promotion.

1.2 The promotion is open to all South African citizens or permanent residents who are over 18 years, except directors, members, partners, employees of Lombard Tyres and its affiliates (the “Organiser”) and its advertising and/or promotion agencies, consultants and business partners, outlet owners, retailers and wholesalers that form part of the promotion and their immediate families.

2. Eligibility requirements to receive an INREWARDS CASH CARD

2.1 To be eligible to receive a Cash Card, a customer must purchase a minimum of 2 or more Kumho branded tyres, size 15” or larger (“Promotional Tyres”, as further described in paragraph 2.3 below), which must be purchased by way of a single transaction at a Lombard Tyres Branch for the Promotion period.

2.2 The purchased Promotional Tyres must be fitted in store on the date of the purchase.

2.3 The cash cards will be loaded with the correct amount as per the guide below, per 2 or 4 tyres purchased, determined by inch size of the tyre purchased, based on the guide below:
2 x Kumho branded tyres (15”) = R100
4 x Kumho branded tyres (15”) = R200
2 x Kumho branded tyres (16” or 17”) = R200
4 x Kumho branded tyres (16” or 17”) = R400
2 x Kumho branded tyres (18” or larger) = R300
4 x Kumho branded tyres (18” or larger) = R600

2.4 Fitting, balancing, alignment, valves and related services are excluded from the purchase.

2.5 The INREWARDS CASH CARDS are not transferrable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash at Lombard Tyres Branches, either in whole or in part.

2.6 The INREWARD CASH CARDS will not be offered to the customer for any wholesaling, fleet accounts, on account customers or interbranch transfers or for any on account purchases.

3. Rules for the use of the INREWARD CASH CARDS

3.1 To reduce the risk of fraudulent activity on the INREWARDS CARDS, the INREWARDS CASH CARD is sent to the customer in an inactive state.

3.2 The cards will only be activated/loaded by Lombard Tyres Head Office within 24 Hours from your transaction time and date. (Except for Friday and Saturday purchases which will be activated/loaded on the following Monday.

3.3 The INREWARD CASH CARD is only valid for the period printed on the face of the card (“the Validity Period”).

3.4 The INREWARDS CASH CARD may be used during the Validity Period to pay for goods and services at South African Card Merchants who accept MasterCard®. If a Card Merchant who displays the MasterCard® logo fails to accept the INREWARDS CASH CARD please contact the Customer Service Line on 086 11 222 67

3.5 Customers must present the INREWARDS CASH CARD at the time of payment to the Merchant.

3.6 Certain Merchants may allow the use of the funds in your INREWARDS CASH CARD account towards a portion of the full purchase price of the goods or services in conjunction with another form of payment (e.g. cash, credit card etc.) This arrangement is at the discretion of the Merchant. The Organiser will not be part of nor be held liable in any manner whatsoever in this arrangement between the Merchant and the customer.

3.7 Any complaints regarding goods or services purchased at a Merchant must be addressed directly to the Merchant. Innervation Rewards, Lombard Tyres (Pty) Ltd and Kumho Tyres are not responsible or liable to you for the quality, safety, or any other aspect of any goods or services purchased from any Merchant with the INREWARD CASH CARD.

3.8 Customers will not be charged any fees on any purchases made at selected Card Merchants using the INREWARD CASH CARD nor will interest be earned on any funds available on the INREWARD CASH CARD.

3.9 An INREWARD CASH CARD is not transferrable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, either in whole or in part.

3.10 The INREWARD CASH CARD cannot be used for ATM or bank teller transactions, or to pay for goods or services over the telephone or Internet, or for Cash Back services at a Merchant’s cashier, or to pay toll-fees; or online shopping via the Online Catalogue of Awards. The INREWARDS CASH CARD may not be accepted at certain casinos.

3.11 If the INREWARDS CASH CARD is no longer in use, it must be destroyed by cutting it up.

3.12 The customer must report any damaged, lost or stolen INREWARDS CASH CARDS to Customer Service Line (086 11 222 67). No refunds will be provided for amounts debited from the lost/stolen INREWARDS CASH CARD during the period between the loss and the reporting thereof to us.

View your card balance before using your card to ensure that it is active and loaded with funds:
1. Balance enquiries can be made by:
– Visiting inrewards.co.za and selecting “card balance”
– Sending and SMS with your 16 digit card number to 34417*
– By calling 083 918 7700 or 086 11 222 67 (Between 08h00 – 17h00)
– USSD* *120*8013#
– Visiting whatsonmycard.com or download the whatsonmycard app (VAS rates apply)
2. Your card can ONLY be used at point-of-sale terminals within South Africa, where MasterCard is accepted.
3. You are responsible for the safekeeping of your card. If your card is stolen or lost and used by someone else, you will lose the funds on your card.
4.Innervation Rewards may change the Terms and Conditions without giving prior notice.

4. General

4.1 In the event that any dispute arises with regard to the Promotion and/or the Promotional Rules including the interpretation thereof, the decision of the Organisers is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.2 The Promotion is conducted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Should any of these Promotional Rules be deemed void or unenforceable, then that rule will be deemed to be deleted and the remaining rules will remain in force.

4.3 The Organisers reserve the right to amend these Promotional Rules in their sole discretion should they consider this appropriate, before the Promotion closes, and any such amendment(s) shall be posted on the Lombard Tyres website www.lombardtyres.com

4.4 The customer acknowledges and hereby consents to the Organisers collecting certain personal information about the customer for the purposes of this Promotion, including the customer’s identity/passport number and contact details such as telephone number(s) and email address(es). The Organisers undertake not to sell or share this information to or with third parties but may disclose the information if required by law.

4.5 The Organisers and/or and the Lombard Tyres Branches may require the customer to be identified and photographed and may publish such photographs in print and/or social media, when accepting the INREWARDS CASH CARD or after having received the INREWARDS CASH CARD. The customer will be given the opportunity to decline the publication of their images and to participate in such promotional marketing material.

4.6 The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time. The Organisers shall have no liability whatsoever to the customer and/or third party arising from or as a consequence of such cancellation, suspension or termination.

4.7 To the fullest extent permitted by law:

4.7.1 neither the Organisers nor the Lombard Tyres Branches shall be liable for any: claims, damages or losses (whether direct, indirect, general, special, incidental, consequential or punitive), expenses or costs (including, without limitation, costs on an attorney and own client scale) or injuries of whatsoever nature (together referred to as “Losses”), suffered by the Customer or any third party arising from or as a result of this Promotion (whether directly or indirectly) and/or the customer’s participation in this Promotion ; and

4.7.2 the customer indemnifies and holds harmless the Organisers and the Lombard Tyres Branches against any Losses, howsoever caused or arising.

4.8 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer accepts and uses the
INREWARD CARDS at the customer’s own risk and expressly agrees that the neither the Organisers nor the Lombard Tyres Branches will be liable in any way for any costs incurred by the customer in claiming their INREWARDS CARDS
